Member of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society & a recipient
of the Outstanding Achievement Award in Political Science. J.D.
Seton Hall Law Center, 1980. Admitted to practice: New Jersey
Supreme Court (1980); U.S. District Court for the District of
New Jersey (1980); U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals (1981).
Member: New Jersey Bar Association, Monmouth County Bar Association;
N.J. Institute of Municipal Attorneys, and the subject of a
biographical entry in the 1987/88 Edition of Marquis Who's Who
in American Law.
He currently serves as Borough Attorney for the Borough of Highlands,
N.J. (2004 to present). Former counsel to Howell Township on
General and Affordable Housing matters; Lakewood Township Attorney,
(1983-1996); Lakewood Industrial Commission Attorney (1983-1996),
North Brunswick Zoning Board Attorney, Associate Counsel to
the Townships of Marlboro, Colts Neck (1997-2002) Associate
counsel to the Sayreville Economic and Redevelopment Agency,
the East Brunswick Sewerage Authority, Special counsel Colts
